TU Women’s Golf Heads To AAC Championship

BROOKSVILLE, Fla. –– The Tulsa Women's Golf program heads to the Sunshine State to take part in the American Athletic Conference Championship, being held at Southern Hills Plantation Golf Club.
The 54-hole event will consist of 18-holes over Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The Golden Hurricane will be looking for their first conference title since 2021.
The Golden Hurricane enter the AAC Championship coming off their best finish of the season. TU finished fourth at the Veritex Bank Collegiate. At the event, Jenni Roller was co-champion. This was her first tournament crown of her career.
THE COURSE
Southern Hills Plantation Golf Club will play as a par-72, 6,289 yards for the three-day event. Each round will consist of 18 holes on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Each day will begin with tee-times.

THE FIELD
Tulsa is one of 11 teams competing at the AAC Championships. The other AAC schools participating are UAB, Charlotte, East Carolina, Florida Atlantic, Memphis, North Texas, South Florida, Tulane, UTSA and Wichita State.
THE GOLDEN HURRICANE
Competing for Tulsa in the event are graduate Romaine Masserey, seniors Lovisa Gunnar and Sydney Seigel, junior Jenni Roller and sophomore Allyn Stephens.
TEE TIMES
Monday will begin with tee times starting at 7 a.m. CT. Tulsa's golfers will be paired with East Carolina and North Texas on Monday morning and go off hole one from 7 a.m. CT to 7:40 a.m. CT.
The Golden Hurricane will be led off by Allyn Stephens at 7 a.m. CT. She will be followed by Sydney Seigel (7:10 a.m. CT), Lovisa Gunnar (7:20 a.m. CT), Romaine Masserey (7:30 a.m. CT) and Jenni Roller (7:40 a.m. CT).
