Golden Hurricane Rowing to Race in Lake Wheeler Invitational

TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa rowing team will wrap up the 2025 regular season on Friday and Saturday, April 25-26, at the Lake Wheeler Invitational, hosted by North Carolina and Duke on the waters of Lake Stevens in Raleigh, N.C.

The Golden Hurricane will compete among the nation's best this weekend in an 18-team field that includes Boston College, Boston, Clemson, Columbia, No. 18 Duke, Georgetown, Gonzaga, Jacksonville, Kansas, Louisville, Miami, Navy, No. 24 North Carolina, Rhode Island, No. 12 Virginia, Villanova and Washington State.

The event is split into three sessions with the first starting for Tulsa on Friday morning at 9:20 a.m. Central. Session No. 2 will kick off Friday afternoon at 2:15 p.m. CT, and the third and final session is slated for Saturday morning at 8:40 a.m.
