Tulsa Track and Field Ready for Two-Meet Day on Friday

TULSA, Okla. – The Tulsa track and field teams are set for the final scheduled regular-season meets of the 2025 outdoor season this Friday, April 25, splitting athletes between Arkansas' John McDonnell Invitational and Stanford's Payton Jordan Invitational.
30 Golden Hurricane, including 17 women and 13 men, will represent Tulsa in Fayetteville for the Hurricane's second outdoor appearance on the Razorbacks' home track and fourth overall showing this school year. Tulsa will have runners competing in short to long-distance events, and will see two female triple jumpers and two relay squads per team.
Meanwhile, five men's student-athletes will attend the Payton Jordan Invitational for some late-night running. Redshirt senior Shay McEvoy will race against the nation's best 5,000m athletes in the invite section of the event.
