Tulsa Men's Tennis Set to Face ORU in Wednesday Afternoon Matchup

TULSA, Okla. – Tulsa men's tennis returns to action on Tuesday, Jan. 27, hosting Oral Roberts at 1:30 p.m. in an in-state matchup. The match was scheduled following winter weather that caused the Golden Hurricane to pull out of ITA Kickoff Weekend, hosted by TCU, last weekend.

- The match adds another chapter to a tightly contested series, with Tulsa holding a narrow 26-25 advantage over the Golden Eagles all-time.
- The Golden Eagles earned a 4-3 victory over UT Tyler last Friday to move to 3-2 on the season.

- Tulsa comes into the contest following a split doubleheader last week Monday. The Golden Hurricane opened the day with a dominant 4-0 sweep of UTRGV before dropping a 4-0 decision to Arkansas, their first loss of the season.
- The Golden Hurricane started the day on a high note, going undefeated against the Vaqueros to mark their third win of the opening weekend.
- In the evening match, Tulsa claimed one of three doubles contests. The Razorbacks won three singles matches to secure the victory, with the remaining matches left unfinished.
