Dave Reiter is in his sixth year as Director of Basketball Operations after he joined the Tulsa basketball staff in June 2015.
Reiter worked with Haith and the Missouri men’s basketball program from 2012-14, where he served as Assistant Athletics Director for Strategic Communications. During his tenure, Reiter served as the media contact for men’s basketball and oversaw non-conference scheduling and travel for the program as well.
Reiter was also the Director of Media Relations at Missouri from 2005-11, serving as primary media contact for men’s basketball. Between his stints at Missouri, he was the Associate Athletics Director for Communications one year at Houston, where he was the primary contact for the football program and oversaw publicity for all of the Cougars’ 16 intercollegiate sports.
In addition, Reiter worked in the sports information office at Northern Illinois (2003-05) and he was a graduate assistant at Illinois, where he earned his master’s degree in leisure studies in 2002. He received his bachelor’s degree in public relations/mass communication from Kansas State in 2001.
