Simeon Phillips is in his first year at the University of Tulsa as the director of creative content and branding for the Golden Hurricane men's basketball team.
Phillips came to Tulsa after spending the spring as a graphic design intern at the University of Hawaii. He also has worked a freelance graphic design artist since 2017. He is the first person to hold this newly created position within the Tulsa men's basketball program.
A 2022 graduate of Elon University, Phillips earned his degree in communication design with a minor in art. He was also a member of the football team, where he played on the defensive line.
Philips is a native of Stuart, Fla.
