2018 (Outdoor): Earned a fifth-place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in a personal-best 10:34.28 at the American Outdoor Championships … also ran in the 5,000 meters in the same meet, going 17:58.79 for 23rd … managed a 3,000-meter PR at the John McDonnell Invitational, taking fourth place in 10:08.47 … placed top-10 in four of five races she competed in in the outdoor season.
2018 (Indoor): Competed at the American Indoor Championships in the 3,000 meters (10:19.69) and earned a personal-best in the 5,000 meters (17:39.25) … took first overall at the Bob Timmons Challenge, running the 3,000 meters in 10:23.77 … managed a season-best 10:04.33 3K at the Iowa State Classic.
2017 (Outdoor): Won the Baylor Invitational in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:59.76 … came in third at the Tulsa Duels in the 2,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 7:04.29 … recorded an eighth-place finish at The American Outdoor Championships in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:52.23, a season best.
2017 (Indoor): Placed fifth in the mile at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational with a time of 5:11.64 … recorded a personal-best time of 5:08.55 in the mile at the Black and Gold Premier.
2016 (Outdoor): Placed fifth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and competed in the 5,000-meters at The American Outdoor Championships …finished third in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Oklahoma John Jacobs Invitational … placed fifth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Arkansas Spring Invitational.
2016 (Indoor): Finished 12th in the 5,000-meters at The American Conference Indoor Championships … competed in the 3,000-meters at the Iowa State Classic.
2015 (Outdoor): Placed 10th in the 3,000-meters at the Arkansas Spring Invitational … ran third in the 2,000-meter steeplechase at the Tulsa Duels.
