TULSA: A ten-time letterwinner … a two-time all-conference cross country runner … an indoor track and outdoor track all-conference honoree … holds the program record for the men’s 3,000m steeplechase (8:38.66).
2023-24
CROSS COUNTRY: Raced in three meets … finished second on the team and 29th overall in 24:11.66 at the Loyola Lakefront Invite … was Tulsa’s top finisher at the Nuttycombe Invitational, finishing 104th overall in 24:22.8 … helped TU earn its 10th consecutive AAC title, finishing fifth on the team and 10th overall in 23:13.8 to earn all-conference honors … finished the 10,000m course at the Midwest Regionals in 32:46.7 for seventh on the team and 110th overall.
2022-23
OUTDOOR: Raced in four meets … started the season with a first-place finish in his 3,000m steeplechase flight at the Stanford Invitational in 8:42.53 … went on to set a new program record in the 3,000m steeplechase (8:38.66) at the Drake Relays as the top collegiate finisher and second overall athlete to cross the finish line, earning him his first career American Men’s Track Athlete of the Week (5/2) … at the AAC Championships, he placed eighth in the 1,500m final in 3:49.61.
