Mayberry was a three-year letterwinner and starter at Tulsa (2020-23). She tallied 47 double-figure scoring games, including 13 20+ scoring contests, and averaged 12.2 points (875). She concluded her career ranked third in three-point field goals made (171), fifth in three-point field goal percentage (.372) and 19th for scoring in program history.

In 2023, Mayberry was selected as the American Conference Ambassador Award honoree, which recognizes sportsmanship, ethical behavior, fair play and integrity, along with community service off the court.  She was also a 2021 all-conference third-team selection and was named to the 2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022-23 American Athletic Conference All-Academic Team.

Mayberry earned her bachelor’s degree in organizational studies in December 2021 and her master’s degree in business in May 2023. Both degrees came while playing for Tulsa.
