AT TULSA - Was a two-year letterwinner . . . competed in 16 regattas.

JUNIOR (2013-14) - Participated in three regattas before leaving the team.

SOPHOMORE (2012-13) - Participated in eight regattas . . . captured a win over UCF in the Second Varsity 8+ at the Longhorn Invitational . . . assisted the Second Varsity 8+ to a win over SMU in the Lawless Cup . . . at the C-USA Championship, helped the Second Varsity 8+ claim a third-place Petite Final finish.

FRESHMAN (2011-12) - Participated in five regattas . . . captured a top finish in the Novice 4+ and a second-place mark in the Novice 8+ at the Head of the Oklahoma . . . at the Head of the Hooch, posted a fourth-place time in the Novice 4+ . . . raced the Novice 4+ to a top finish at the Lawless Cup . . . at the C-USA Championship, earned a fifth-place Grand Final finish in the Varsity 4+.

PRIOR TO TULSA - Rowed for the St. Louis Rowing Club under Coach Tim Franck . . . raced the Varsity 4+ to a third-place finish at the Head of the Rock and recorded a third-place mark in the 2011 WashU 2k Erg Championship as a senior . . . as a junior, helped the Varsity 8+ post a first-place finish at the St. Louis Sprints and Chicago Sprints, and a third-place mark at the Midwest Regionals . . . earned a gold medal at the 2010 WashU 2k Erg Novice Championship . . . was a member of the St. Joseph's Academy volleyball and track and field teams.

PERSONAL - An exercise and sports science major . . . born February 25, 1993 . . . daughter of Mark and Carolyn Ames . . . was tabbed to the C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll as a freshman and sophomore . . . was named to the Tulsa Athletic Director's Honor Roll as a freshman.
