Women's Tennis to Host Pair of Opponents This Weekend

TULSA, Okla. – The University of Tulsa Women's Tennis team will host Sam Houston State and Middle Tennessee for a pair of matches this weekend at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center. The Hurricane (6-2 overall) will take on Sam Houston State tomorrow at 12 p.m. before wrapping up the weekend against former Conference USA opponent Middle Tennessee at 2 p.m. on Sunday.
Sam Houston State comes into Tulsa with a 2-3 record on the year, earning 7-0 wins over Prairie View and Dallas Baptist. Middle Tennessee is 3-3 on the season and will take on Illinois this evening before making their way to Tulsa. The Hurricane bested MT in their last meeting in the 2014 C-USA Championship Quarterfinals, 4-3.
Tulsa will play their second road dual of the season on Saturday as they travel to Norman, Okla. to take on Oklahoma.
