Tulsa Places 15th at the Bryan National Collegiate

Browns Summit, NC – The Tulsa women's golf team finished in 15th place at the Bryan National Collegiate with a 54-hole total of 924, following a final round of 306 Sunday on the par-72 Bryan Park Champions Course.
 
Tulsa freshman Sammy Liu turned in her second straight round of 74 to pace the Hurricane today and finished the event in 49th place with a score of 228. Fellow freshman Lorena Tseng and senior Johanna Samuelsson tied for 57th place with final scores of 229.
 
Senior Nicole Marquardt finished in 85th place with a score of 238, while sophomore Taylor Dobson's score placed 94th overall with a score of 245.
 
Behind four individuals taking the top-4 individual spots, the nation's 12th-ranked Wake Forest Demon Deacons claimed the team title by 32 strokes with a score of 54-hole total of 830.
 
Tulsa will be in action next at the American Athletic Conference Championship, April 14-16, at the Hammock Beach Resort Conservatory Course in Palm Coast, Florida.
