UCF Beats Tulsa in Straight Sets Friday Night

ORLANDO, Fla. – The Tulsa volleyball team dropped Friday night's match in straight sets to UCF, 25-17, 25-17, 25-17. Tulsa drops to 11-9 on the season, 6-5 in American Athletic Conference play, while UCF improves to 17-6, 10-1 in AAC play.
Kayley Cassaday recorded a team-high 12 kills on .314 hitting percentage, while Maggie Hembree totaled six kills to go along with three digs. Avery Kalsu recorded her 10th double-double on the season with 23 assists and 10 digs.
UCF's McKenna Melville recorded 21 kills, while Amber Olson tallied 48 assists to lead the Knights. UCF as a team collected 58 kills on .405 hitting percentage, including three players with double figure kills.
Tulsa will look to bounce back against South Florida on October 31 at noon (CT). The match will be broadcast on ESPN+.
