The Game
• Tulsa takes on the UCF Knights in a conference road matchup at the Addition Financial Arena on Tuesday evening, airing on ESPNU.
• The game is the 21st contest for Tulsa (10-10) this season ... the Knights are 8-11 on the season, winning their last contest 84-81 in a road conference game against Tulane on Feb. 20.
Scouting the Knights
• UCF was picked to finish 8th in the preseason AAC Coaches Poll ... the Knights returned two of their top scorers from last season, when the team went 16-14 and 7-11 in conference play.
• UCF added transfer guard Darius Perry from Louisville who started for the Cardinals in 26 games, making 40.8-percent of his three-points in ACC play and had 11 games with 3 or more assists.
• The Knights returned second leading scorer Darin Green Jr. and senior guard Brandon Mahan who each finished last season among the top-20 in points per game in the American Athletic Conference.
• The Knights opened their season with two bigs wins against Auburn, 65-55, and on the road at No. 15 Florida State 86-74 ... they have won four of their last six games.
• UCF is led in scoring by Perry who is averaging 14.7 points, 3.1 rebounds and 3.3 assists per game ... Mahan is averaging 13.0 points and 5.1 rebounds a game for the Knights.
• UCF is led by Head Coach Johnny Dawkins, who has been at the helm of the Knights for the last 5 seasons ... he holds a 91-59 record.

• This is the 25th meeting against UCF ... the Hurricane holds a 14-10 series lead over the Knights.
• Tulsa is 11-1 at home against the Knights and 3-9 on the road.
• The Knights have won the last 2 of the last 3 meetings ... the Knights won the first meeting this season.

• Tulsa used a 17-3 run to get the game to within one point after trailing by as many as 16 second-half points..
• Seniors Elijah Joiner and Darien Jackson led Tulsa with 14 and 12 points, respectively, while Keyshawn Embery-Simpson added 10 points.
• Tulsa ended the game shooting just 36 percent from the field and 3-point range, while the Knights knocked down 45 percent from the field and 53 percent from behind the arc.
• The win for the Knights was their first victory in 12 games in the city of Tulsa and the first time in nine games at the Reynolds Center.
