Tulsa gets wins over Oklahoma and Oklahoma State
LUBBOCK, Texas –– The Tulsa women's golf team captured wins against Oklahoma and Oklahoma State during the first day of the Red Raider Match Play at the Rawls Course Sunday.
The Hurricane claimed a 3-2 win over Oklahoma as Lorena Tseng (2-Up), Lovisa Gunnar (5-Up) and Lilly Thomas (1-Up) gave Tulsa the victory. Tulsa also defeated Oklahoma State 3-1-1 as the same three Hurricane golfers captured wins. Thomas won 3-Up, Tseng 4-Up and Gunnar 5-Up, while Sophie Johnson tied.
Tulsa battles Texas Tech Monday at 8:30 a.m. (CT) to conclude the Red Raider Match Play.
