TULSA, Okla. ― The Tulsa men's tennis team was selected for the 2022 NCAA Tournament during Monday night's selection show. The Hurricane will face off against Texas A&M in Waco, Texas at the Baylor regional this Friday.

TU returns to the postseason for the first time since 2016, and the 19th time in program history, and will return to Waco for a second time this season after falling to the third ranked Bears 4-1 back on February 11th. The regional consists of Baylor, Texas A&M, Tulsa, and Abilene Christian.

Tulsa is 15-11 so far this season and faced nine teams this spring who made the 64-team field, including three other conference foes (Memphis, SMU, South Florida).

The Hurricane's first round matchup against Texas A&M is set for Friday, with the second round taking place Saturday. The Aggies checked in at No. 26 in the last week's ITA Rankings, and posted a 21-13 record this season, including ranked wins over UCLA, Arizona, and Georgia.
