TULSA, Okla — Entering his 19th season leading the Golden Hurricane, Tulsa women's tennis head coach Dean Orford will see three athletes from his squad compete at the ITA Women's All-American Championships held at the Cary Tennis Park in Cary, N.C. Juniors Maria Berlanga Bandera and Ana Naranjo Martinez, along with fifth-year senior Oleksandra Nahurska, will represent TU in the annual tournament.

Berlanga will see action in both facets of Main Draws, competing in the singles and doubles brackets. She'll pair up with Naranjo in doubles action, while Nahurska will play in the Qualifying Singles Draw.

From Saturday, Sept. 1, through Sunday, Oct. 8, the tourney will feature over 200 of the country's best collegiate women's tennis players in what is the first national championship of the fall season.

The nine-day tournament will feature a Pre-Qualifying Draw, Qualifying Draw and Main Draw for both singles and doubles play. Many of the top-ranked athletes in the ITA National Preseason Rankings (Sept. 5) will be competing in main draw action, with countless other nationally ranked players filling out the qualifying and pre-qualifying draws.

The Pre-Qualifying Rounds will take place Sept. 30-Oct. 1, while the Qualifying Rounds run from Oct. 2-3. The Main Draws will span from Oct. 4-8.

In 2022, Fiona Crawley of North Carolina and NC State's doubles team of Nell Miller and Amelia Rajecki were crowned All-American Champions.

Tournament draws will be released by the ITA as the event progresses.
