NORMAN, Okla. –– The Tulsa women's golf team is back on the course this weekend for the 2024 Schooner Fall Classic at the Belmar Golf Club in Norman, Oklahoma.

The Par 70, 6,188-yard Belmar Golf Club opened in 2002 and has been the host site each year for the event. The teams will play 54 holes over three days starting on Saturday and ending on Monday. Tee times begin at 8:30 on Saturday and Sunday morning, and 9:00 a.m. on the final day.

Tulsa will join a group of 16 teams competing for the title. All four Division I programs in the state will be represented. The field also three other American Athletic Conference teams in Tulane, North Texas and Florida Atlantic. Florida State, runners-up from last weekend's Folds of Honor Collegiate, are also in the mix and are joined by Auburn, Houston, Kansas State, TCU, Texas State, Virginia Tech and Wisconsin.

Last time out, the Golden Hurricane placed 11th at the Folds of Honor Collegiate Invitational in Grand Haven, Michigan. Sydney Seigel placed a team-best 32nd, while Allyn Stephens finished not far behind in 37th. A 30-over opening round put Tulsa in 14th, but the Hurricane bounced back to climb up the rankings with a +12 day two and +14 final round.
