Tulsa Rowing to End Regular Season at Indiana’s Dale England Cup

TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa rowing team will conclude their 2026 regular season at the University of Indiana's 17^th Annual Dale England Cup at Lake Lemon near Bloomington, Ind., this Saturday, May 2. Starting at 8 a.m. CT, the Golden Hurricane will take on the hosting and 24^th-ranked Hoosiers as well as the Michigan State Spartans.

Tulsa will put forth four boats on Saturday, including its first varsity eight (1v8+), second varsity eight (2v8+), third varsity eight (3v8+) and first varsity four (1v4+).

The Golden Hurricane have raced in the Bloomington area once before, taking on Indiana and Minnesota in 2023. After a day of racing before poor weather forced the rest of the regatta to be canceled, Tulsa's 2v4+ crew took a first place finish on the water. That boat was coxed by then-freshman Anna Lackner, who will be coxing TU's 2v8+ vessel this Saturday as a senior.
