TULSA: A four-time letterwinner … an indoor all-conference honoree.
2023-24
CROSS COUNTRY: Raced in two meets … helped Tulsa finish second overall in the Cowboy Preview (5,000m) with a 15:19.7 performance to place ninth overall and fourth on the team … completed the 8,000m course at the Nuttycombe Invitational in 25:19.3 as Tulsa’s seventh finisher.
2022-23
OUTDOOR: Ran in five meets... took first in the 1500m at the Shocker Invitational with a time of 3:56.03... set a personal best of 1:51.89 in the 800m at the KT Woodman Classic, taking third place... competed at the AAC Championships, taking fourth place in the 1,500m run with a time of 3:47.76.
INDOOR: Ran in four meets... set a personal best of 2:26.43 in the Arkansas Invitational 1000m, placing seventh... at the Windy City Invite, he clocked a 4:06.74 on the mile run, setting a personal best... competed in The American Championships, placing third in the mile run with a time of 4:07.72.
CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in one meet … finished first for TU with a time of 24:49.8 at the Chili Pepper Festival.
HIGH SCHOOL: A letterwinner in cross country and track at Catholic Cathedral College.
PERSONAL: Son of Kevin and Bridget Muir… has two sisters, Jacinta and Lucy… started running track and cross country at age 10 … favorite local restaurant is Braums … favorite childhood game is 52 Bonkers … likes to listen to music before meets.
