Both the Golden Hurricane and the Razorbacks were receiving votes in the latest Oracle ITA national team rankings.
On Friday, TU will play host to Oral Roberts at 7 p.m. CT inside the Michael D. Case Tennis Center. The Golden Eagles enter Friday's match with a 7-0 win over Arkansas Pine-Bluff, along with a 0-7 defeat at the hands of Abilene Christian.
To cap off the weekend, the Golden Hurricane will travel to Fayetteville, Arkansas, for a Sunday 1 p.m. CT tussle with the Razorbacks. TU fell to Arkansas a season ago, 2-5, inside the Case Tennis Center.
Thus far into the season, Tulsa is riding a six-match winning streak, highlighted by a win over No. 14 TCU, 4-2. The team's 7-1 start to the spring season is the best start to a year since the 2008-09 season, in which head coach Vince Westbrook's squad started the season 9-1.
