LUBBOCK, Texas ― The 28th ranked Tulsa men's tennis team dropped to No. 50 Texas Tech Sunday afternoon, 4-1, to fall to 7-4 this spring.
The Hurricane won the doubles point to open the match behind wins from Connor Di Marco/Kody Pearson at the No. 1 position and Callum Gale/Adham Gaber at No. 3. The tandem of Di Marco/Pearson are on a three-match winning streak on court one.
The Red Raiders secured singles wins on courts 2, 3, 5, and 6 to score four straight points and clinch the match.
Tulsa will look to bounce back on Saturday, March 6th against North Dakota and crosstown rival Oral Roberts.
